Breakfast: Two mini bran muffins (180) and chocolate milk (250)
Lunch: Garlic bread (250) and small apple (70) with caramel (70)
Snack: this is when i binge everyday and I need to stop Two cheesesticks (140) and lots of pita chips (300)
Dinner: Tortellini (250)
Desert: Strawberries (20) and Nuetella (100)
Snack: Raisins (100)
Total: 1730 cals THIS IS BAD I NEED TO BE AT LEAST UNDER 1500!!!!
Exercise: zero (I know this is bad I just hate the gym)
I obviously suck at this weight loss thing - I started my diet YET AGAIN TODAY!!
